Thus, the new legislation includes access to broadband in the list of basic communication services must reach all corners of the country, with others such as telephone or postal mail. “From now on, broadband connection at a reasonable price is a fundamental right in Finland. This is undoubtedly one of the greatest achievements of the Government in terms of regional policy, and I’m proud of it, ” said in a statement the Finnish Minister of Transport and Communications, Suvi Lindén.

Flying Car a Step Closer to Reality

I like the concept, but the way it looks is not what I had in mind.  Also, how would you regulate the air traffic?   It is hectic already with Boeing air crafts in the air, I don’t think the government needs a million or two people flying in the air in flying cars.  I think this will spell out disaster.  Also, what about nation security?  A bunch of terrorists could fly a few of these into buildings.  Anyways, read the description below. Microsoft’s annual E3 press conference had a big surprise in store for them…The Xbox 360 is getting a slimmer, angular new look, and an internal redesign that’ll reduce noise and add much-wanted new features — and it’ll be in stores as soon as this week. Packing a black-finished case with prominent cooling vents, the new machine — nicknamed the Xbox “Slim” by fans — will retail for $299, the same price as the current 120 GB Xbox 360 Elite system. The technology group Apple introduced the fourth generation of the iPhone operating system for OS4, enabling simultaneous work on the popular mobile phone and computer in the new IPAD. At an event for programmers and reporters at the company headquarters in Cupertino, California, co-founder and CEO of Apple, Steve Jobs showed the new software will be available for the iPhone this summer and fall for the IPAD.

Chilean President Sebastián Piñera estimated a $30,000 million damage costs by the disaster

Announced it will finance the reconstruction with savings and income from sales of copper.

“There is no definitive estimate, but suggests that going to be close to 30,000 million dollars in damage caused by the earthquake,” Piñera said in a press conference.
